European School IB PYP Night – “It’s a Small World After All”

On December 12, the European School community came together for the IB PYP Night – “It’s a Small World After All,” held at the Paronyan Theatre. The event became a unique celebratory, educational, and cultural platform that showcased the philosophy of the IB Primary Years Programme, placing the learner at the center through inquiry-based learning and global-mindedness.

The festive evening united learners, parents, facilitators, school leadership, and partners, creating a collaborative, engaging, and inspiring atmosphere. Learners’ performances, musical and theatrical presentations, as well as the celebration of cultural diversity, made the event memorable and deeply meaningful.

Connection to Our Mission and Vision

The IB PYP Night fully reflected the mission of the European School to nurture caring, inquiring, and globally minded learners within an inclusive and multicultural environment. The active involvement of the school community and opportunities for learner voice supported learners’ social-emotional and academic development, strengthening the application of 21st-century skills.

At the same time, the event aligned with the school’s vision of developing principled, open-minded, and responsible individuals who value diversity and are capable of acting as agents of positive change in local and global communities.
