Percentum

The European School hosted the “Percentum” event with the participation of 6th-grade learners. The learners worked in teams to present research-based speeches on the topic “The Use of Percentage in Everyday Life” and took part in a quiz featuring tasks involving percentage calculations.

The event not only deepened learners’ mathematical knowledge but also developed their leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and 21st-century learner competencies. Teamwork encouraged collaboration, independent analytical thinking, and the practical application of knowledge – bridging the gap between theory and real life.
