Army Day
On January 27 European School proudly commemorated Army Day with a heartfelt and engaging celebration to honor the brave men and women of our armed forces. The event aimed to instill a sense of patriotism and gratitude in our Passionate Lifelong Learners while educating them about the importance of the army in safeguarding our country.
The day kicked off with a special assembly, where students and staff gathered to hear a moving speech about the significance of Army Day. Our speaker and Military Science facilitator Mr Arkadik Tovmasyan, shared an inspiring speech of courage, dedication, and sacrifice, highlighting the role of the army in protecting our freedom and national unity.
To add to the festivities, students started their first lesson with an informative session about the Armenian Army. The 8th and 9th Graders presented a Military Parade.
The event was a great success, fostering a sense of respect and pride for the sacrifices made by the army. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all those who serve, and we are grateful for their unwavering commitment to keeping our nation safe.
European School will continue to honor the values of patriotism, respect, and community, and we look forward to hosting similar events in the future.
